Tracie Pletcher graduated from the Lancaster School of Massage in 1992 and moved to State College in 1998. She taught multiple techniques at the Mount Nittany Institute until it closed in 2015. After over 20 years she and her partners closed Dragonfly Therapeutic Massage, December 2024. In late 2025, she made the exciting decision to join forces with her daughter and create an inviting and relaxed environment to welcome clients of all ages. She combines a long standing massage career with more recent exploration of skincare to create a holistic practice for health and well being.
Catie Pletcher was introduced to the world of massage therapy as a baby when her mom started massage school. The value and positive effect of alternative medicine only grew as she found relief after a few injuries and surgeries. Her passion for healing and restoring the body was entwined with her love of animals while in college she came across Equissage, a certification program for equine and canine massage which she received in May of 2010. Catie decided to pursue education from the Integrative Bodywork School of Massage Therapy where she graduated in June of 2019. She gained knowledge and practiced techniques in Sweedish, Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Sport massage, Lymph drainage, Hot stone massage, and Pregnancy massage. She has been a member in good standing with AMBP(Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals) since 2019.
